Season Five of "The Chosen" is out in theaters, and it's a very powerful portrayal of Jesus' last week on earth. The episode with Jesus clearing the temple really stood out to me, and it got me thinking and wondering... How would Jesus react to how we celebrate his resurrection? Would he be pleased? Toto's Cone of Shame got me thinking this week about the topic of shame. Although not as visible, we all wear our own Cone of Shame at times. We make mistakes. We have regrets. "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." March 20 ushered in spring. While the calendar said it was the first day of spring, in some parts of the country there were blizzard conditions. It certainly didn’t FEEL like spring! Tune in as I share my feelings about feelings. Are they real? Are they good decision makers? I would love to hear your thoughts. And may it feel like spring wherever you are sometime soon!

Grab your instrument, and show up! That's what my daughter, Carolyn, does every Tuesday at a local pub in northern Wales. Each week passionate musicians gather together to play Welsh folk songs. One person starts strumming a tune (1:50) and others soon join in – with fiddles, guitars, banjos, accordions, etc. It was fun to see Carolyn in her element and playing with this incredibly talented community!

Every Wednesday night my daughter, Carolyn, practices traditional Welsh folk dance with a group that speaks only Welsh during the session (although they made an exception for me :). So, I decided to "Give it a go" – and off I went as you will see (1:05). I love how Carolyn (tall one in the brown sweater) has embraced the culture, become fluent in the language, and is now learning this traditional dance. She's living her best life across the pond!
